Administrator for a construction company in Esbjerg, Denmark
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our construction company in Esbjerg, Denmark. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting our team with various office duties. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Assist with budgeting and invoicing processes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate parties
- Order office supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative support to team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
