Loader Operator - Esbjerg, Denmark


We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of loading equipment, including front-end loaders and skid steers. Your main duties will include safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders and skid steers to load and unload materials as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance tasks
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required
