We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the concierge with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, making it suitable for men looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and other public areas
- Assist with concierge duties such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
