We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Junior IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and excellent communication skills. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month with free visa and ticket for freshers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Train employees on how to use new technology systems effectively
- Manage relationships with external vendors for purchasing hardware, software, or IT services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or internship
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
