IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Horsens. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and software run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems
- Install and configure computer systems and applications according to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Train clients on how to use new technologies or software
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms for non-technical individuals
- Proven experience providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
- Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
