As the Teamlead, you will oversee a team of student employees and ensure the smooth operation of our accommodation facility. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a team of student employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Oversee budgeting and inventory management for the accommodation facility

Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled as a student at a university or college in Horsens
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to live on-site at the accommodation facility provided by the company
