The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project management for our company in Horsens, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team. They will also possess strong organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and innovation
- Communicate project status updates to senior management as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
