Job Title: Software Tester

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify bugs and issues, and provide detailed reports on their findings. Your main duties will include creating and executing test plans, analyzing results, and providing feedback to the development team.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and be familiar with various testing tools. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans for new software features
- Identify and report bugs and issues in a timely manner
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development team
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Familiarity with various testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
