Part-Time Moderator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for online communities? We are seeking a Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our platform to ensure a safe and positive experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and enforce community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with the moderation team to identify and implement best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and suggest new features or improvements
- Provide regular reports on community activity and user feedback

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
- Strong understanding of community management principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Experience using social media management tools is a plus

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with the potential for flexible hours. The ideal candidate should be available to work at least 20 hours per week, with the ability to occasionally work weekends or evenings based on community needs.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in our office in Horsens, Denmark. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
