Facade Specialist

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Horsens. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with facades and will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of building exteriors. This is an urgent job and we are seeking someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect building facades for any damages or defects
- Determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Supervise the installation of new facades
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and regulations
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing facades
- Keep accurate records of all work completed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with facades
- Knowledge of construction and building materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Must be able to work independently without accommodation
