A reputable construction company in Horsens is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and structures to create smooth and even surfaces. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in plastering and be able to work with various tools and materials. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to read blueprints is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Mix plaster according to ratios and apply it evenly using trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure uniformity using hand or power tools
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Read blueprints or plans to determine the layout of the job
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer, preferably in a construction setting
- Ability to work with various tools such as trowels, floats, brushes, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of plastering materials and their uses
- Familiarity with safety procedures when working at heights or with hazardous materials
- Ability to read blueprints or plans accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to work on your feet for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and air ticket. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
