We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Specialist to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production by sanding, polishing, and applying finishes to various surfaces. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, polishing, staining, and varnishing according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Operate various tools and equipment including sanders, polishers, spray guns, and brushes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of different types of wood finishes and application techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination.
