Turner Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Turner Supervisor to oversee our team of turners in Horsens. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the field and be able to lead and motivate a team. This position requires knowledge of machining techniques, tools, and materials, as well as the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of turners to ensure efficient production
- Train new employees on machine operations and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and tools
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of machining techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good physical condition for standing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one
