Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Horsens. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. They will also have experience using AutoCAD and other architectural software.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans based on client needs and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Preferences:
While not required, we prefer candidates who have experience working with biometric passports. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Horsens but may require occasional travel within the country for site visits. Candidates must possess a valid biometric passport.
