Architectural Technologist (Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop comprehensive architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Utilize technical knowledge of building construction to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with site measurements
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Create 3D models of buildings using BIM software
- Review project documents for accuracy and make revisions as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Strong technical knowledge of building construction methods and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings within strict deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
- Professional registration as an Architectural Technologist
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Horsens.
