Part-time Preservation Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Horsens, Denmark. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is a part-time role, with flexible working hours and no accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assessments of historical structures
- Develop conservation plans and proposals for restoration projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the restoration process
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for restoration work
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and preservation guidelines
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and provide technical guidance as needed
- Conduct research on historical building materials, techniques, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical building materials, techniques, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Must have valid visa to work in Denmark

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
