Commercial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Horsens. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements and budget
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for commercial building projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the building design
- Monitor the construction process to ensure that it is in line with the approved plans and specifications
- Conduct on-site visits to inspect progress and resolve any design issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
