Commercial Architect - Part Time


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Horsens. Your primary focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design goals
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Horsens. Preference will be given to candidates living in or willing to relocate to Horsens.
