Position: Architecture Manager
Location: Horsens, Denmark

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Horsens. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architecture team in Horsens, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their expectations.
- Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final construction drawings.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and develop junior architects within the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect with a proven track record of managing architectural projects from start to finish.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading successful projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1400$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Denmark.
