Junior Architecture Manager


As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior management team in designing and overseeing architectural projects in the city of Horsens. Your role will involve managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop project plans and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budget constraints
- Mentor and guide junior architects on design concepts and project management techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction techniques
- Proven experience in project management within the architecture industry (1-2 years)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1300 per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation.
