Architecture Manager


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Horsens. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all architectural projects within our company. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects within the company
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative techniques to improve project efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to team members on architectural design concepts, codes, standards, and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Preference:
While not a strict requirement, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in Denmark or are familiar with Danish architecture regulations.
