We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and are completed within budget and on time. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills will be essential in successfully managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams in creating innovative and sustainable architectural designs that meet client's needs
- Manage all phases of project development from concept to completion while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations to determine the best approach for each project
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth implementation of designs
- Provide guidance to junior architects on technical issues and oversee their work for quality control
- Review project proposals, contracts, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, etc.
- Keep updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, materials selection,and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas visually
- Ability to lead a team towards achieving project goals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics
