We are hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to ensure the efficient production of goods. You will work with a variety of materials and tools, following strict safety guidelines to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines and monitor their performance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance on machinery as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator or in a related role
- Experience with various types of machinery, including but not limited to presses, lathes, or mills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical processes and materials
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Proven track record of working safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Technical degree or certification in machine operation or related field is a plus
