Executive Chef



As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. You will work closely with the management team to develop menus, create new dishes, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained. This position requires a high level of creativity, leadership skills, and a passion for food.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop menus and create new dishes in line with current food trends
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and budget to maximize profits
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, storage, and preparation
- Collaborate with management team to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Creativity in menu development and plating techniques
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and suppliers
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Certification in Food Safety is a plus

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Horsens (relocation assistance available)
