We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality menus, managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and ensuring the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff by providing training, scheduling shifts, and maintaining a positive work environment
- Ensure high levels of food quality and safety by adhering to all health codes and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or ingredients to keep our menu fresh
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and interact with customers
- Ability to create menus that cater to different dietary restrictions or preferences
- Attention to detail with a focus on food quality control and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
