Restaurant Manager (Horsens, Denmark)
As a Restaurant Manager in Horsens, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You will manage a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other employees to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency of the restaurant
- Monitor food quality to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions or events to attract new customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with health codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Must have valid work permit in Denmark
Salary: 1300$ per month without accommodation.
