Welder for Metal Fabrication Company in Horsens, Denmark



We are seeking an experienced welder to join our metal fabrication company in Horsens, Denmark. As a welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal structures and products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment to weld and join metal components or parts
- Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Perform post-welding operations such as cleaning, grinding, and polishing
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Repair broken or cracked metal objects using welding processes
- Maintain safe work practices by following company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder in a metal fabrication setting
- Knowledge of various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Good understanding of metallurgy principles
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality welds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a welder with a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes. A relevant certification or diploma in welding is preferred. As we are an international company, fluency in English is required.
