We are hiring a Dishwasher to join our team at a restaurant in Horsens, Denmark. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashing machines
- Properly sort and organize dirty dishes for efficient cleaning
- Store clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by kitchen manager or chef

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures for handling dishes and kitchen equipment
- Basic understanding of chemical use for cleaning purposes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
