Job Title: Handyman - Part Time (Horsens, Denmark)


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Replace light fixtures, switches, and outlets
- Patch holes in walls and ceilings
- Repair or replace damaged flooring
- Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines
- Keep track of inventory for maintenance supplies and report when items need to be restocked
- Communicate with property owners or managers to provide updates on repairs or maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding if needed

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
