Administrative Assistant in Horsens, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies when necessary
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office staff
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Biometric passport required for international travel
Salary: 1000$ per month without accommodation.
