Office Manager - Horsens, Denmark
We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
