Office Manager - Horsens, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Horsens. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, including overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily tasks
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and up to date
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and taking minutes as needed
- Respond to inquiries from clients or employees in a timely and professional manner
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for management
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
