Job Title: Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month with accommodation at a company-owned apartment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities, including record keeping, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Managing office budget and expenses.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handling incoming calls and emails, responding appropriately or directing them to the relevant person.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Organizing meetings and taking minutes when required.
- Managing travel arrangements for staff members when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English (Danish is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
