Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager



Our hotel in Horsens is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing occupancy through effective sales strategies and strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote our hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
