Hotel Sales Manager
We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Horsens. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. Your main goal will be to attract and retain customers while ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed hotel revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with current clients and foster new partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Prepare sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Biometric passport required
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus commission. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
