Job Title: Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager

Are you an experienced hotel sales professional looking for a part-time position in the beautiful city of Horsens? Our hotel is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing bookings through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional offers and packages
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and increase brand awareness
- Monitor competitors' rates and promotions to stay competitive in the market
- Coordinate with other departments, such as reservations and operations, to ensure a seamless experience for guests
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, revenue, and market trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the local market preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
