Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This includes checking guests in and out, handling reservations and inquiries, and ensuring that all requests are met in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining the appearance of the lobby and common areas, as well as organizing events and activities for guests. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. This is an urgent job with accommodation provided in the beautiful city of Horsens. Salary starts at 1400$ per month.
