Hotel Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and organized Hotel Concierge to join our team in Horsens. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will provide them with exceptional customer service throughout their stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and we offer accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel events and promotions to inform guests
- Coordinate transportation for guests as needed
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
