IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company in Roskilde. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our information systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance, and developing and implementing strategies to improve our technology processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information systems and infrastructure.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve our technology processes and systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure the security of our company's data and information systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications.
- Experience managing a team of technical professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Salary:
1100$ per month
