IT Support Technician
We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Roskilde. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal teams. This is a contract job and prior experience is not required, making it a great opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install and configure computer systems and software applications
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and support to clients on new technology and software updates
- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
