Junior Back-End Developer
As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will work closely with our team to develop and maintain the back-end of our web applications. You will be responsible for writing efficient and scalable code, debugging issues, and implementing new features. Your role will also involve collaborating with front-end developers to ensure a seamless user experience. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A biometric passport is preferred for this role.
Salary: $1500 per month.
Location: Roskilde, Denmark.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Java, Python or PHP.
- Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of web development frameworks like Django or Spring.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for our web applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems.
- Implement new features based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Optimize application performance through database management and caching techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in web development technologies.
- Follow Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
