Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
- Work closely with the data science team to identify business needs and design appropriate solutions
- Conduct extensive data analysis and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and implement solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling concepts and techniques
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of SQL databases
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
