Junior Android Developer


We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Android Developer to join our team in Roskilde. As a Junior Android Developer, you will work closely with our experienced developers to design, develop and test mobile applications for our clients. This is a part-time position suitable for candidates without experience looking to kickstart their career in mobile development. We offer competitive compensation of 1000$ per month and an opportunity to learn from our experienced team. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and develop innovative mobile applications
- Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Android development
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and new features

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of Java programming language and Android SDK
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and other web services
- Basic understanding of software development principles such as OOP, MVC, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Passion for mobile development and eagerness to stay updated with new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on at least one published Android application
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Basic understanding of Git version control system
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
