A prestigious restaurant in Sofia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international cuisine and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menus that reflect current food trends and cater to diverse clientele
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing guidance
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor food costs and make necessary adjustments to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Proven track record of creating successful menus and managing kitchen operations effectively
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with the ability to incorporate local ingredients into dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
