Project Manager

Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated appropriately
- Manage project scope and change requests
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and address any challenges
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet client requirements
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience working in a digital marketing or technology industry is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
