IT Manager - Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our rapidly growing company in Utena, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain the company's hardware, software, and network systems
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee the IT budget, including equipment purchases, maintenance costs, and software licenses
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team
- Familiarity with budgeting processes

Salary:
