Part-Time Typesetter
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
Salary: $1300 per month


We are in need of a skilled and detail-oriented Typesetter to join our team on a part-time basis in Roskilde. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text, images, and other visual elements for various print and digital materials such as books, magazines, advertisements, and websites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use industry-standard software to typeset text and visuals according to design specifications
- Proofread content for accuracy in spelling, grammar, and formatting
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure high-quality output
- Keep up-to-date with typography trends and techniques
- Ensure all materials are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of typography principles and design software such as Adobe InDesign
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for layout consistency
- Proficient in proofreading and editing written content
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in graphic design or a related field
- Experience working with different file formats for both print and digital media
- Familiarity with prepress processes
- Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language is a plus
