Online Consultant

We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to answer their questions and provide assistance
- Understand and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Offer product recommendations or solutions based on client needs
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards clients at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and online platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month.
