Job Title: Online Consultant

We are a leading e-commerce company in Roskilde and we are currently seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This is a full-time role with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve any issues or complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical assistance to customers with product setup and usage.
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
