Facade Specialist
Location: Roskilde, Denmark


As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of building facades in the city of Roskilde. Your duties will include conducting site visits to assess facade conditions, coordinating with contractors to develop installation plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections and addressing any necessary repairs or replacements.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of facade materials and construction techniques, as well as experience in project management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively coordinating with contractors and addressing any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance. A keen eye for detail is also necessary to ensure that facades are installed correctly and meet quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to facades
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month (without accommodation)
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
